1. Service description
SafePass coordinates a protected payment flow for private peer-to-peer deals between users worldwide. SafePass does not custody funds. Funds are held by a regulated payment partner.
2. Eligibility
Users must be of the age of majority in their jurisdiction and must complete identity verification appropriate to the deal size and country.
3. Prohibited items
See the Acceptable Use Policy. Attempting to transact prohibited items is a breach of these terms.
4. Fees
Fees are presented before any payment step. By funding a deal, you accept the fees displayed at that time.
5. Disputes
Disputes are reviewed by SafePass. Decisions are based on evidence submitted by both parties. Decisions are documented and made available to both parties.
6. Limitation of liability

7. Governing law
Governing law and forum for disputes will be set in the final Terms after counsel review. Until then, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
